In this episode, I give some back story on the origins of Adventure Mind and what I want it to become. I talk about the struggle that the Holiday Season is for me, and why I believe we (humanity) need each other more than we ever have. Separateness is an illusion. We are all connected in some way, shape, or form. As we grow in our resiliency, we can help others grow in theirs. Seeking adversity of our own choosing and cultivating courage by facing our fears is how humanity grows stronger. This is how we build the Adventure Mind.
In this episode, I make brief mention of my struggle with PTSD, major depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. If you, or someone you know, is struggling with mental health challenges, I encourage you to contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. I have done so, and they were able to help me.

To my knowledge, even though the organization is based in the US, they can refer people in other countries to similar resources able to help them.
Adventure Mind is a work in progress. The more involved you are, the more you can help shape how powerful this way of living can be.
