- GATEWAY to Freedom with Joshua Loya (AMP216)Adventure Mind started out as a hashtag in 2016, when I (Joshua) left my job and promising career as a technology trainer and consultant. In 2020, I began to struggle and crave a creative outlet. I had just begun taking stand-up a bit more seriously. Then, the world shut down. My podcast partner, Justin Romack, came along to offer encouragement and help. That’s when the podcast began.
